Cars & 'Q History

The Cars & ‘Q for a Cause event began in 2009 as a small, internal get-together of Choate employees who loved cars. Over time, the show grew into what it’s become today - an incredible event with over 1,000 patrons that raises money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Check out the video below to learn more!

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.

With our help, a cure for cystic fibrosis can be found in our lifetime.

Since 1955, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has been the driving force behind the pursuit of a cure. Thanks to the dedication and financial backing of supporters — patients, families and friends, clinicians, researchers, volunteers, individual donors, corporations and staff, we are making a difference. Parking for the general public will be available at the above address on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking will be available at adjacent lots with a shuttle running between the lots and the event. Parking attendants will be on-hand to direct any traffic and answer questions.

Our show will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the back parking lot of 8200 Roberts Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30350. Come enjoy some tasty BBQ, cold beverages, classic cars, and some great company for a worthy cause.

All voting will close at 6:30 for People's Choice.

Auction will close at 6:30.
